SLO moving, scouting trip

So this is a my first day scouting for a place to live in slo, it's also my first blog, and it's the first time I've tried the alagash Grand Cue winter beer. Not bad, but not as good as their other beers. mmmmm other beers.... For those that don't know what a blog is, it's some sort of weblog. I don't know much either, I really don't like computers. However I do like writing useless stuff, drinking beer, taking pictures, and traveling. Enough about me, let's talk about Jenn. She's a person who likes drinking beer, taking pictures, and traveling. But unlike me, she is an exceptionally cute girl. For some unknown reason she likes me and has decided that 2.5 weeks in a car with me sounds like a good idea. So in 3 weeks I am packing up my bags and we're headed out west. With a slight detour thru atlanta to visit Jenn's parents and so I can hang out with her brother and drink several (many, a large number of, I wish there was a word for "many many many pints") large bottles of belgium beer while watching the cinematic master piece "Beerfest". Oh, and possibly meet her parent for the first time on christmas eve...

It's been a long day and not sure if this is even going to work, so I'll sum up the rest of my day.

Dinner - mothers bar on higuera st - excellent chicken tortilla soup and firestone IPA

Phone - Blackberry pearl - great phone, VZ navigator rocks

Car - POS chevy malibu that drives like it's been driven like it's been stolen about once every other day for 26,000 miles. The gas pedal doesn't work and the brakes have two states full on and full off. Each stop is like a semi controlled crash.

Hotel - Vagabond inn - better than the last place I stayed that demanded cash up front and a standard 20% down payment on carpet blood removal. They can hide the bodies, but not the smell. When will Febreze make CSI strength?
